A nesting swan mama to be holding her nest made from wire fabric/twine filled with handmade clay eggs painted in watercolours. She also has one of her already hatched cygnets hovering close by... in a handmade paper mache shadow box hand painted in acrylics with added lace she comes with a real swan feather. She has been hand stitched throughout incorporating wire inside her legs/feet & arms bound in fabric and her wings are also wired. Eco dyed fabric has been used on her feet. All other fabrics are sourced second hand as with all my dolls - any imperfections are due to the ageing of the fabrics which is totally intentional. Each doll is one of a kind. She has a loop on her back & is hung inside the shadow box.
